ok I upgraded my phone to 3.0 and lost all my apps from the app store. I origionally 2.2.1 and jailbroke via qwikpwn. I wanted to get my old apps back but i dont know how. I can get the free ones back no problem but its the ones that i paid for that i was needing to get back without buying them. any help?

Welcome to MMi

right click on your phone in iTunes and choose sync from back up.

I agree there. If you haven't deleted your old backup than this should not be any problem. Just Sync it.
