After reading some post with regards to note syncing on the new 3.0 update,I began to become a little confuse. All these while I thought that notes are syncing with our itunes,had restore my phone a couple of times and always manage to sync my notes back.I'm still on 2.2.1 now .Can someone enlighten me?

Notes were not sync'd until 3.0. - They are talking about Outlook Notes to iPhone notes. You are just talking about the iPhone notes alone.
