springboard crashed after installing something, so i uninstalled it and the components and crap. now whenever i turn it on all the icons are muddled up on random pages, anyone know why and how i can fix it?

oh btw i have an ipod touch G1 8gig on 2.2.1[sorry if this is wrong thread nd there is already a topic...i havent posted a question here before :s]
