Lost all apps

Something happened during sync the other night and i lost all of my apps from the itunes store. (And re sync does not get the apps back)

Here is my question is there a program out there that can look up your itunes screen name and tell you all the music and apps you have bought or downloaded from the itunes store?

I just can't remember every program I had. The app store knows what I had downloaded before cause I get the message "You've already purchased this app" so I think it would be possible to have a program out there that can ID everything associated to an account.

Store - "View my account"

Your welcome, you can also "check for purchases" and it should re-download anything you've bought thats not already in itunes.
