I was reading an iPhone Magazine, and it said that Google Maps can pinpoint your location with a blue DOT (Not the circle) after 20-30 seconds. I assume that is the case with the 3G only, but it got me wondering. Is there an APP that can find you location in the same manner for an iPhone 2G? The circle is cool and accurate and all, but to have something that can pinpoint your location like THAT would be awesome. Especially over a cell phone network.

On my 2G, it hit my location dead on (it was scary how accurate it was).. and that's on the Edge network.

FYI - I'm using 3.0 software.
