I use toodledo. It allows for a due date and time. It's the only one I found that did that.

I've used Appigo ToDo. Loved it.
Then tried Things and never looked back. Mainly because it also has a desktop app (Mac) that it syncs with, and I now use alot. So it just makes sense. Also allows you to set due date and time.

Love it!

Gmail just got a task/to-do list within it. You need to enable in the settings (under labs) but once you set it up you get a link under your tags and hitting open pops up a little to-do list window.

This list you can access on your phone by going to Tasks in Labs

The webapp even has it's on icon so you can bookmark it on your homescreen.

Works great. I like that it will keep you logged in even after you leave the page and go about other things on your phone...instead of having to log in over and over with your account name/password.

Toodledo is the best. I've tried every other to do app, but this one works the best. Mostly because it syncs itself with the toodledo website. Really helps for managing to do's on the go.

another vote for toodledo, because it the only one I know of that syncs with Google calendar. I have it set up that once I make a task and it shows up on the calendar on my phone. All my upcoming to do's show up on intelliscreen and also pops up alerts before the to do. I also like how it simple but customizable.

edit
one minor problem is that you can have subtask unless you are a premium member at the toodledo website. You do have folders which can hold related tasks, but folders can't have a due date and all the sub task show up with the other tasks but not the folder.
