I got an APP from the App Store called ShopShop. Nice little shopping list but you can also create your own To Do List. No reminder alerts but you do have #'s above the icon that will kinda remind you to look at it. Works great for me and it is free.

I had a BlackBerry for a little while and I had a GPS To Do List. I could set it up that if I was driving near an address that I had entered an alarm would sound. I was always forgetting to stop at the Drycleaners or the Pharmacy. This was GREAT!

that GPS To Do List sounds cool, we should have it on the iPhone too
