Apps wont update

Hey everytime i try to updaye apps through my phone it gets stuck on installing. Any1 no u???

I have no idea y it does but stop trying to install it. I had same problem and when I use poof or rename I see about 50 facebook and it keeps telling me to update on appstore. Do it by pc/mac or I had to use **********. ( but dnt theif, just delete after u update)

It doesnt let me delete them either they just frozen....

So does phone say can't delete? Or does it delete but the app still there?

neither...when i long press to make the apps wiggle...there is no (x) for me to delete it. and then it always shows up as updates available when i have the latest update.

Connect to itunes and see if that helps.
On my phone it kept telling me to update then when connected to the pc it sorted it out.
