email synchronization problem

How do I synchronize the email later? I would like to synchronize every three or four hours. It is possible? any app?

go into settings and then click "fetch new data"

then select the option that says hourly. that seems to be the longest you can go by default right now. make sure the push option is disabled. hope that helps

I put every one hour, but I would like every two or four hours to save battery.
Is there any way to download only the issue of email? abd only the issue and two lines?
