Is there an app available for the iPod touch that let's me download videos from rss feeds (Or even just a URL ), and let me watch them on my device?

Otherwise, how can I watch a video they us on my server on my iPod, preferably by downloading it first.

Please note that my iPod CANNOT be jailbroken as it is a second yen touch
