Need a weightlifting/gym progress tracking app

Is there a free iPhone app on the AppStore that can record, track, and optionally graph the progress of my gym workouts and body proportions?

I want to enter/track the exercise, number of sets, weights per set, reps per set, etc. I also want to track/enter my weight, waist, W-H ratio, BMI, fat%, etc.

I don't need the exercises themselves - I'm familiar those already. But some way of enter the exercise names (one time only), and then the daily tracking of all these parameters.

Any such iPhone app?
TIA.

I specifically need a native iPhone app because I can't use a web app inside the gym My gym has a cell phone signal shield (apparently because cellphone ringers disturb others in the gym). So while I'm in the gym for an hour or two, I can't use the web app without a cell phone/GPRS/EDGE signal.

I would be great if there were any native iPhone app out there that did what gyminee (Workout Programs, Exercise Routines, and Food Diary | Gyminee) does as a web app.

Fit Phone is by far the best app for a work out log. I highly recommend this app!

haha, and how much do you pay for your Gym membership?

Seriously, check out the apps in the App Store. Visit each of their websites before you purchase.

There are some good ones in there that will do what you want plus a lot more.

Also pick up weightbot if you want to track weight.

Does anyone know of a kick-@$$ app that does everything I want it to and will pay me $50.00 a month to use it? What is up with these douche bags?

iFitness.

That's exactly what your after.

I use it myself.

You can create sessions based on the routines already inside the app or you can upload your own exercises, even take pictures of the exercise so you remember what your doing.

You can track the sets/reps/weight of every exercise of every session.

Best of all, you can export the exercise log by e-mail and open it in excel.

You can use this to keep a backup and see your progress.

Trust me, iFitness is exactly what your after. The guys at iFitness release updates constantly, more than any other App i have bought from the AppStore and it is getting better and better.
