Aim + Edge

hi i am using the AIM app from itunes and it only works when im at home and using WiFi. but when i switch over to Edge it just says "reconnecting" which actually never does. i want to have aim where ever i go

all my other apps connect to Edge on the go when im not using wiFi

any solutions if not any other ways i can get aim?

Using iphone 3g v2.2 unlocked + JB
T-mobile smartphone plan with 400 sms (so aim forwarding wont be an option)

recently switched from sidekicks and starting to regret ever buying a iphone.

Is your mobile internet working? Does safari operate with edge on?

yea i have full connection for any other apps...safari youtube

but there seem to be a problem only with AIM app from appstore

using tmobile Edge

i had the same problem, i just got beejive 2.0 instead
