paid apps won't load

I just spent almost $4 on a few apps and neither one will load. Is there anything I can do? I'm gonna be super pissed if I'm out a few bucks.

What apps were they? Did they not work from the start? Were there any interruptions when downloading or syncing? You could try and reload them (delete from your device then sync them back on). You should be able to re-download if need be.

I was getting full WiFi right here at my house, I dunno. They've been working now so it's cool.

In the future though. If I load an app that has been paid for, and it doesn't wanna cooperate, can I just delete and load again for free?

Yup, if you've paid for an app and you delete / lose it, you can click "buy" on it again and you'll get a little popup that says "You've already paid for this app, so you're getting it for free now".
