Nope, as long as you are still signed in as the account with which you bought the app.

If you didn't delete the app. from itunes,when you sync your iphone with itunes,the app. will be stored again on iphone.

To add to this, if you delete an app and then decide to get it again, clicking "buy" on the app's page will give you a "You've already purchased this app, so it won't cost you anything" pop-up.

all you will have to do is type your password and go, thats if you're on your phone. iTunes does it automatically.
