Sorry I meant March. My understanding is that it will be submitted to the App Store in Mid Feb and Apple has been taking 3-4 weeks for approval. I don't know what is taking so long because the beta is so sweet and I have not had any problems with it at all. I wish I could secretly hook you all up with it. (Maybe I should?)

Not even funny. If it gets out, the beat testing will end for everyone

Not true. It's every channel that's available online. LookLast edited by GreggSymington; 01-13-2009 at 06:08 AM.

Thanks for the update, I'm glad to know you would hook us up if it wasn't a high risk. I have to mostly agree the sudden added traffic of listeners might trigger an alarm. Then again, if Starplyr is released for windows mobile already, how could anyone detect where the new traffic is originating from? The only thing Sirius has to go off of is that traffic is going to AT&T edge/3g addresses So yeah, I guess I'd rather see this all play out official like and make sure it's in the app store for everyone to enjoy. But maybe?
Has anyone been bold enough to release an app in both Cydia and AppStore at the same time? What would Apple do?

The guys who programed it know which client ( Windows, OS X, WM and iPhone) the traffic if coming from. ALL traffic is run through their servers. They know.
This app will only be on the App Store. You will NEVER see it on Installer or Cydia (link). The team wants their app to be on a stable platform, a jailbroken iPhone isn't.
Dave can remotely de-activate your app. Remember you gave your UDID?Last edited by GreggSymington; 01-16-2009 at 10:40 PM.

Damnit I can't wait for this app to be on the appstore, I'll pay 19.99 right now if it was available.
