Problem and Question!?

hi everyone, my question is why did the appstore featured page stop updating. Since last week, the "featured" page in the appstore was not updated. why is that?
My problem:
whenever i open the appstore and press on the games category, the appstore crashes and returns to the springboard. why is that?
it doesn't crash with the other categories i press on. only with the games category. i tried respring and restarting the iPhone itself but it is still the same.
