The TV tuner has nothing to do with your phone.

If it will work with your computer, then it will work on the phone, cause the computer is the one that pushes it to the phone.

^^Got no idea, depends on the tuner you get. Some are external and use a USB and other are internal and have to be installed into an empty bay inside the computer. If you have a laptop, make sure its external.

i had a lot of trouble but was finally able to get my setup to work so i thought i'd lend a hand.
I have the hauppage hvr 950 usb tuner. There is a lot of talk on their forums where they say that software encoding tuners, such as this one and all 'stick' type usb's, are untested as of yet and may not work.
I posted there explaining exactly how i got things to work, because i had to download some extra files and drivers, just search for my username there.

Good luck!=

Fairly certain that is NOT the case. Not all tuners are compatible with Orb regardless of functioning on the PC itself. Check the Orb forums for more info.

You're right not all tuners will work... if you're able to watch tv with media center, it's very likely that it'll work with Orb.
