deleting the app store apps

Hi all.I know the app.store apps icons will be deleted by pressing&holding the icon for a sec.then...Is this method is enough or how can i delete it completely.Thnks for help...

that will delete them from the iphone/ipod but will not remove them from your itunes library if you have synced while they were installed. to remove them from there you need to just right click on the app and click remove or uninstall or something like that.

İ downloaded them on iphone's app store&all them re free apps.Then i didnt synce with itunes.U say when i synce iphone with itunes at that time they will be stored in itunes.Right?So every time when i synce my iphone with itunes they will be again&again stored in itunes library.Also will they be placed on iphone?Mean although i deleted them from my iphone,if i synce with itunes they will be replaced on iphone.Sorry my long question.Thnks for ur help...
