i've searched here and google and can't find anything. but what i'm looking for is the path or how i can ssh free apps that i got at the AppStore like AIM, Shazam & others.
ya see, everytime i sync my phone the free apps from the appstore don't sync and then don't work on my phone. all my cracked apps continue to work just fine but i have to go back to the app store and re-download the free ones.
i want to just ssh them out while they still work and then when i sync my phone and they crap out on my i should be able to just drop them back in which will be much easier than re-downloading everything.
anyone know if this will work? if so what's the path to get to them?

Just delete those apps from your computer, then sync, and they'll be gone from your device. Alternatively, you can press your finger on an icon until they all start shaking, then press the 'X' on the top left of the AppStore apps you wish to delete. Far easier and cleaner than going in and manually deleting them.
