sync paid apps to 2 diff phones? [excuse my ignorance]

so i recently upgraded my 2g iphone to a 3g and along the way i also got my wife one. i had a few paid apps on my 2g which i re-synced to my new 3g iphone. now what happens if i sync my paid apps to my wife's iphone? will it charge me again for the app or will it not because i already DLed it? thanks in advance!

All your apps are tied to your account not your device. If both you and your wife sync to the same iTunes computer (same account I'm guessing) then you can both sync the apps to all your phones.

What if its the same account on two different computers? Is it even possible to log into two different computers like that?

I don't think you can have the same itunes account on two different computers because all your information is
backed up to one specific hard drive.

you can in fact share your itunes with up to 5 computers. this works, and i do it now. if you authorize another computer, you can do this. you'd just have to copy the apps you want to share to the other computer and authorize it.
