they have removed the none payment option

There still is payment option, but for some reason it's not working for me.
I followed every step of the instruction, and this is what happens:

I get the same result as cebzab and I am on iTunes 8. What I don't see in everyone else's pics that I do have showing is a code redeem box...

But either way I followed the steps as far as possible and still have no account

I had already tried this method before, I found it in the Apple Support site Create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card but I get the same problem as cebzab - it says I did not complete the CC details even though I selected None as a payment method.

Maybe the forum should create an account for everybody to use - just an idea
