AppStore error: Store Credit Unavailable

Is anyone else getting this message?

I'm trying to download a free app, but I get this message:

"due to a problem with the itunes store, your store credit balance is temporarily unavailable for use in purchasing music; you may continue purchasing using a different method of payment."

Are you using iTunes 8? I was getting the same error message. I tried changing my account information for the credit card but that didn't change the error. After trying to purchase an album (the same album) again and again, it finally worked. Unfortunately I don't have an explanation of why that happened. I was wondering if you had found a solution yet? Also, do you have more than one computer authorized for your iTunes account?

Same thing happened last night. Today everything was back to normal. An Apple problem or maintenance? iTunes 8?
