Applications tab wont appear in my Ipod touch summary page

I have downloaded apps from itunes store for my 32GB ipod touch. But there's no APPLICATIONS tab that's supposed to be added to the IPhone summary page, so i dont know how to use the apps.
I have also jailbroken my itouch, i dont know if this is the reason why.

What version of iTunes do you have? I don't think that if you can't see the app tab that it would prevent you from syncing the apps to your device (by default, it's add all).
