Wrong place. App store apps wouldn't be able to do this.
Bossprefs does a good job of it though. Suppose you'll have to live with two clicks.

Actually it's 3 clicks for Wi-Fi and 4 for 3G if you count actually having to click it to turn it on, which I do.

Uhh, with BossPrefs; Edge, 3G, WiFi & SSH is only two touches away to turn on and off.

It's not tough. Why did you buy an iPhone? Why don't you just wait until you get home to check your email or wait until next time you see that friend that wanted to send a photo to you and they can just show it to you? Or better yet why don't you just strap notes to carrier pigeons instead of calling people? It's called faster/better technology. Sorry I wanted to improve something.

You were complaining over an extra click. Sounds justified to me.
    edit: Sorry, two clicks.

I doubt anyone would pay for an app that did so little
To live, you have to lie

yea would be nice to have Boss Prefs but official. Id pay maybe 99 cents for it and a easy way of turning those three things off easily.

Is there anything like this for Bluetooth?

  13. #12
We used to have Fastswitch on 1.1.4.

With one swipe across the top of the screen, you got a nice dialogue box with toggles for wifi, ssh, bluetooth and airplane mode. I actually paid for it, so I'm hoping the developer will turn up soon with a version for 2.01...

I would pay for this. I'd not pay much, but it's number two on my "things that need fixing" list.

you guys probably waste more battery life constantly fiddling with your phones turning things on and off than if you just left everything on and didn't mess with it

Plus from my understanding of it, this is impossible with the app store. Applications are sandboxed, so they can't really affect anything.

It's called BossPrefs as previously discussed. You guys would buy the corniest apps. Unreal.
