How has this app not gotten any attention?

Touch4.

Its like Connect4, only $2 and is P2P! Looks like a great app, and if you go to their site; Touch4 , you can play the game just like you would on the iPhone or iTouch...

do you have to be in wifi to play other people? does it let you search for users or are you just playing anybot i mean anyone out there?
