iTunes won't sync apps from appstore?

Had a different solution/ not sure if the same as others mentioned here. The sync between iphone and pc would only allow some apps, with no consistency...it's driven me nuts for some time and i luckily found a fix. By chance, i went to the "app" page (library) just to check what apps were syncing. I accidently clicked my mouse (on an app) and a drop box appeared with 3 selections... the 1 i remember said "get info". i clicked it and another msg appeared stating "cannot sync app because orig copy could not be found"/ Then,"do you want to locate orig?" That seemed to "unlock"/ "locate" all of them!! Only prob now is that i can only sync 6 apps at a time without triggering an error... you win some and you lose some! Good luck!
