Netshare - 3G Tethering App in App Store

Demonoid as a torrent of it I just downloaded

Can someone please tell me how to install/use this app because I did not jailbreak my phone and really didn't want to because it voids the warranty.

Unless I am mistaken, you have to have your phone jailbroken to install cracked apps.

This app WAS in the app store so.....

Anyway I have jailbroken and tried everyway that several forums have instructed but I get a "The Application Netshare cannot be opened" any help would nice THX

okay.. I have it an installed it.. and it's cool and all..but, the only instructions are for mac users. Anyone have a walk through for Vista?

i don't have it in Cydia...why oh why?? I searched for it no 3proxy...anyone know i source where i can get it?? ...much appreciated
