Shazam is a great app I agree. However, the amount of money they make as iTunes #1 affiliate can easily support a free app.

Open Cydia, then click on Manage, then click on Packages, then click on the app you want to remove.

There will be a button that says Modify, and when you click it, it'll give you the option to remove or to reinstall the app.
