How-To: Mod Free AppStore Apps
It's really simple (Mac):
go to music/itunes/mobileapplications/(whatever app)
then copy the app to your desktop
then rename it form .ipa to .zip
unzip it
go to the payload folder
then right click (control click) on the app
click on show package contents
and there it is.
If you wan tot try to hack paid apps it's really easy, but you are going to have to find out for yourself, though this should help you.
By the way im totally against hacking iphone apps.
Oh, and can anyone actually edit any of the png's, I'm trying to make a guitar hero mod for tatap revenge, but so far i have been unsuccessful.

yea, just zip it back up by clicking compress, rename it from .zip to .ipa, and replace for the original one.

I dont think its nearly that simple as modding a few files. All the applications are encrypted with FairPlay ver 2 and changing a simple plist isnt going to help.
