Apples Babies should be Toddlers by Now
When I say Apple's Babies I mean Apple's own Native Applications. I am talking about Calendar, Photos, Camera, Weather, Youtube, Clock, Notes and Stocks.
None of these it seems have been updated to perform more or new functions in the last year. So I say, these are Apple's Babies and should be at the Least Toddlers by now. But they are not.
I asked an Apple representative about this and he really had no answer but to laugh and say, they (I guess the Apple engineers and developers) were probably working on other things.
I also asked, Why the applications do not show in the Application List in iTunes. And why, they cannot be deleted. from the Phone. who needs the Standard Stocks App when the Bloomberg Stocks App is so much better. The same with the Weather App etc.
What do you think?

Thanks but these are not the babies I mentioned accept the Camera. Funnily, I admit, I have not used the Camera since the upgrade and was unaware of the geo-tagging feature. I heard it was coming but forgot about it. Good point.
Good point. Like contacts can handle Groups if you set it up and a new button top left appears if you do. I would assume that if you set up multiple calendars you will also see the additional button to select.
Thanks for pointing this out.Last edited by chriscoyne; 07-16-2008 at 07:28 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
