App Store is part of the 2.0 update, so I think you have two options:
1. Update to 2.0 and loose your jailbreak, but you will have app store.
2. wait for the 2.0 jailbreaks to be released and then upgrade to 2.0.
If you didn't pwange you iphone for the jailbreak (which I didn't, wasn't available) you might as well go ahead and update to 2.0. The pwange 2.0 jailbreak is suppose to be available next week. You can than re-jailbreak and build a package to update your iphone for any future apple software updates and not loose your 3rd party app's.
