in the australian app store why is there no ebay app.

can someone please upload the .ipa file for it or is there no use in doing that because of fairplay.

There is no point in anyone sharing their .ipa file with you as that is purely a .zip file renamed to .ipa. Open the .zip after renaming it and you will see that inside, your email address and itunes username is plastered about. Not worth sharing that one online.
