OK, I know the appstore just came out, but is there any way to convert the .ipa files into .app for jailbroken iphones? That way I could just ssh the apps on?

YES you can, you download the app via itunes, it shows up in the itunes folder under mymusic on my pc, then use Winzip, unzip the file, then you will see the app folder, I tried to SSH, NP, then set permissions to 0755 NP, but when I respring, I see the icon but when you launch the program it opens then closes so I guess they dont work on 1.14

Well, obviously they won't work on 1.1.4! That part has been known for a while. Could work on 1.2, but very unlikely

If you rename .ipa to .zip and extract it. look in the payload folder. there is the app folder. not sure if this will work though.
