Facebook App

This is a free app, that works amazingly well. The only thing I don't like is the fact you can't write on people's walls. The photos are great, and you can even use the facebook chat on your iphone. The only issue I have found so far is not being able to write on people's walls. Other than that, this app is great, and free!

yeah im glad i found that someone else saw there was nowhere to post on the wall... whats up with that? you can send messages, chat, upload photos, comment photos, change your status, but no ability to write on walls?!? Im sure an update will fix this in the near future

Apparently this app was written by just one person and is a little "bare" to meet the launch deadline of the AppStore. They already mentioned in their blog that they will be improving on it in the near future.

Yeah I was slightly disappointed with the Facebook app. I downloaded it yesterday, and in about 10 minutes uninstalled it due to what I was hoping was in it.

So far the web app has more functionality than their AppStore app. I think MySpace beat Facebook to the punch this time around - you guys tried their app? Awesome.

The Facebook app just got updated and now has full functionality including walls and photo albums!

glad they finally updated FB app. I've heard that Apple takes quite a long time to approve updates to apps. If they can improve this process it would be greatly appreciated by game developers and the end users.

c'mon Apple....speed up the QA process.

Agreed, I uninstalled it the first time I tried it out and this update makes it much more usable

Oh my - I didn't even know there was an update. App Store's been acting wonkey. I agree though this is a LOT better now.
