There is a "bug" with V1.1.1 related to the Visual Voicemail which you can apparently exploit to have music play out over bluetooth. I can't remember the specifics now, but it has something to do with going to VVM and seting a source as Bluetooth and then exiting the VVM app and the iPhone leaves the BT audio channel open. I think there are some references elsewhere on ModMyI but I've also seen something on Engadget or Gizmodo....

i have 1.0.2.. and i have found that if *DURING A CALL*...you are talking using your Bluetooth... you can actually go to your ipod and start playing music...and it will come out of your headset...once call ends...music will not come out...
so maby there could be a hack that can be used as a setting for bluetooth instead of speaker..or headphones?...

Yes you can hear music by bluetooth headset but it plays on phone too.
So, what's the point of using it. You only want it to play on "Bluetooth only" and it doesn't do that.

that "bug" works with 1.0.2, I found a article where it said that the "bug" was found with 1.1.1, and I wanted to do it so I tried it on my 1.0.2 and it works perfectly. Its great for those movies that are hard to hear or if you are in a noisy area

It's not possible since iPhone doesn't support "Stereo" for BlueTooth, which is one flaw besides camera w/o zoom, no video record from our beloved iPhone ==> so it's pointless to buy a BlueTooth wireless headset for it to listen to music ")

THIS IS POSSIBLE NOW..using any ordinary BT headser
1. *#307# Dial, press the bluetooth headset button twice.
2. Answer on iPhone, press source.
3. Select bluetooth headset.
4. Press home button, open iPod, play anything.

Does this really work? I tried it like twice now, and it keeps screwing up my phone to the point where I must conduct a reboot. Anyone?

But is it healthy for the thing, or will it just not affect it at all?
