I might try running iCleaner app and hopefully it will help. That amount of battery usage is unusual. Also, if you have SBSettings installed, you can go to "Processes" and see what is running in the background.
Sorry to step into the middle of this, just thought these 2 things might help.

66% in 5 hours is not good at all (depending on his usage) in my opinion. For me, 66% would be a minimum 8 hours and fairly heavy usage. But if he is happy with the results, then it's all good.
A LexRat clean up would be a good option also.

Yes, seems to me with normal usage you should get way better battery performance.

Yes, as mine are too. I use my phone continually at work, sometimes as much as 3 or more hours of talk time, as well as using it for web and other things and still have 70% or more life.
As 2k just posted, I'd also like to see a list of the tweaks you have installed, and an idea of your typical usage in an 8 hour period.

  11. #31
okay and i usually on it maybe 6 out of 8 hours and a list ?

like accelerate, androidlock xt, applocker, barrel, ncsetting

I'd remove accelerate, all it does is speed up the gui, not increase clock speed. A silly tweak IMHO. Download iCleaner from Cydia, run it as it cleans up unused dependencies and other unwanted crap that may affect the performance also. A great tool.

okay cool and i removed accelerate yesterday and it helped my battery but i got so used to it..

My battery life is bad, I've removed most tweaks but its still not good. I read when you restore from a backup of the 4/4s with a 5 it can cause it.
Can't do a restore though because of the shsh balls up.
