    Default 30pin Female-Female Connector?

    Would anyone know if there is a female to female 30pin connector for the iphone/ipad?

    Reason is that I have a iPod connector (male) in my car that is capable of sending video to my nav screen. I want to connect a HDMI video source to it but I would need this type of connector for it to work.

    I know this might look like a mess but the config would look like this... I hope it makes sense.

    iPad HDMI to 30pin adapter --> Female-Female 30pin Adapter --> Male 30pin car connector.

    If not I was just thinking of buying an extender cable and a HDMI to iPad adapter and then splicing the two together.
