Someone here built their own a while back. It seems like it would be bright enough but it will be a pain to carry around. They need a case that has one integrated.
I love the case I have and this looks like it'll fit through the gap for my sync cable, so I can keep my case.
This weekend I bought one (I got envious of a iPhone 4 owner taking photos outside at night). I'll post photos when I get it.
The cases with built in lights are kinda big as they have additional batteries and they cost a fortune. I don't like the idea of having to remove my case to dock or use my car kit.
Sorry I haven't gotten around to that review.
Here's a photo I took the other night. I'd just made that pyramid so I wasn't in the best of shape.
My first attempt without the flash was junk and couldn't see anything at all but it was a really really dark bar.
When I have more time and haven't been drinking heavily I'll write something up and post some with and without photos.
