new to this and want to get starting on modding ie themes etc. saw a good app with scroll along the bottom app but dont know where to start. anyone have a link or a basic starting point.

Open Cydia, choose Sections, scroll down to Themes click

Posting in the correct section will probably help you get more answers to your question. I'm assuming your phone isn't jailbroke. It would help if we knew some info. PC or Mac? what iPhone do you have and what firmware are you on?
