2 Iphones , 1 Bluetooth Dilemma

I have a Plantronics Explorer 925 at the moment, I cant get it to work on 2 iphones at the same time.. one is Jailbroken one is not... dont know if there is a cydia app that lets you make the bluetooth let you utilize to phones... but I have 2 one for personal one for work... dont ask its just easier... any help would be very appreciated
