Here is the style that I use, Love them, great fit, don't interfere with a screen protector either.

You are looking to manufacture one or thousands? I know a few guys in China that can do it for you if you are looking for quantity.

Well, I just saw a website called dsstyles, they offer custom made swarovski iphone cases, they look nice.
