An alarm clock, ok speakers, charges my iphone 3g, and have a CD player ( but it doesn't have to.) Is there such thing? If so get back to me with a link.

don't know about a cd player, seems like the kinda thing you Wouldn't find with an ipod dock seeing as the music would be on the ipod.

I own this unit. I am not 100% thrilled with it although it is decent. For me the display unit is still too bright even at its dimmest. Otherwise, the sound is good, has a remote and charges it. I still use the alarm on the iphone and it is good enough to wake me up. I also wish the display was higher. IMO there are better. Check out the iHome.

Look at this BEAST!
I am hopefully getting it for my b-day (In a few days.)
It works with the 3g with out going into airplane mode, but it does tell you that it doesn't work but it does.
I tried it at best buy.
It is the awesomeness of all awesome insaness!

maybe if i had like a party house, but i just use my speakers connceted to my mac for any loud music...those are just fine.

but seriously, all those huge sets are ridiculous, i'd rather just connect my iphone to my main stereo in my living room if i wanted to listen to music like that. I have an Ihome, and i LOVE it. its so small and fits anywhere.

I'd recommend just going to bestbuy or something. that what i did, plugged up my iphone to every set i found interesting, tested the volume and such, and made my purchase. Almost EVERY set has an ipod input these days.
