Apple Logo Protector.
Hey guys.
Well, I'll be buying an iPhone 3GS, as soon as it launches here in India (4th August AFAIK).
I wont be using a case with it, but I hate when the Apple Logo gets scratched, so I just wanted to know, does any vendor sell just the Apple Logo protector?
(I got one with my More-Thing Noel Series Case, which has a cutout over the apple logo in the case, so it had a round protector (exactly like a screenguard, to protect it from scratches.
Eg. Eternity Collection for iPhone 3G/3GS - AP05-021 by more has the Clear Logo Protection Film included.
Im pretty sure ever case with the cutout for the apple logo comes with it, but, can I buy it loose?
Thanks!

I doubt it... You could probably make one yourself pretty easily with the right materials, though. Or just buy an invisible shield if you got the dough for it.
Respect your elders.

why not protect the whole phone? keeping the apple shiny wont matter when you drop your phone and it breaks or the rest of the phone gets all scratched up.

Nah, Im really careful with my stuff that way. Its just that the logo gets scratched, immediately as you put it down on a hard surface.
I already have an Invisible Shield on my 3G and honestly, I hate it. The edge flaps always come off barely 1 week after installation (even after using the Hairdryer method, and doing it perfectly). It irritates the frak out of me.
Plus, it looks horrible on a white phone, after barely 1 month of use. It always goes Orangish. Been through 3 of them now.
I might try that new Wrapsol stuff, due to the different shape of the thing. No Edges and stuff.Last edited by Ad1tya; 07-23-2009 at 03:39 PM.

Wrapsol has a notorious issue with the same browning/oranging that the IS suffers.
I'm working on getting just the logo covers in shortly.
