Wtf iQase?

This isn't actually a review, this is more of a WTF. I bought an iQase SiDE way back when I bought the first gen iPhone and it was awesome. So I thought I'd buy another one. I ordered a case on Thursday and it's still "in progress" with no tracking number or anything. I've sent 3 emails to their "support" and even tried sending an email to their paypal account and haven't heard a response. They don't even have a phone number on their site, but there was one in the more info thing in paypal so I called that. It wasn't even their number, some random person on the east coast picked up and was annoyed that I woke him up, lol.

So I'm just kind of venting but I'm also curious if anyone else has had this problem with iQase? I tried searching but only came up with one thread regarding iQase.

I odered a Trind Iqase last week and got it today, sorry give it a few days.
