Jabra BT 3030...compatible?? good?? anyone recommends??

I came across this device while searching for a new headphones for my iPhone 3G. Seems pretty cool to me but i just wanted to see if anyone here had any opinion about it..has anyone here tried it out??.. is it compatible enuf with the iphone? just need some feedback guys,
