A2DP adapter for car stereo aux in?

There must be someone that makes these. Maybe I'm not using the correct key words when I'm searching. Does anyone know of a A2DP adapter that has audio outs (via RCA or standard 3.5mm headphone jack). I'd like to install something like this in my car so I can just run the music wirelessly over BT.

I haven't tried it yet, but this is something that I have been looking at recently.

Has a USB port on it so you can plug your 30pin connector to charge. Though I have been hearing rumors about how running off of 12Volt chargers are bad for your phones battery. Never noticed a problem on my 3G, so I don't know.

Currently I am using the one thats blackberry makes.. its small and it works great... try out... i forgot what its called but its usually on sale in bestbuy...
