I've got this bluetooth adapter Bluetooth Stereo Transmitter Adaptor for iPod iPhone on eBay, also, Universal, Bluetooth Accessories, Mobile Home Phones (end time 03-Apr-09 02:06:05 BST)

and the Sony Ericsson HBH-IS800 headphones which don't include volume control.

I can pair the headphones just fine but I can't control the volume via the iPhone controls and the headphones don't have those controls so it's too loud to listen.

Is there any way I can lower the volume when the iPhone controls don't work? I'm runnin an iPhone 3g on 2.2.1

Also the volume is way too loud on my N95 8Gb which kinda makes me think the headphones might be defective. :/
