Bravo to the customer service. I purchased my original Agent 18 Ecoshield back a month or so ago. I emailed customer service and told them that the hinges were becoming loose. They sent me a replacement shield right away without charging me a thing (so far atleast..) I requested the White Shield. When it came UPS delivered it today I tore the package open and immediately I noticed that there is no back panel!
This isn't what I expected since all of the images I've seen online show that area covered. Did manufacturing make an error of some sort? Also the hinges started wearing down after pulling on and off the shield 2-3 times. Similar to that of my ecoshield.
