soundclip volume booster
I just bought this clever little plastic clip that clips into your charging port and makes your speaker a whole lot louder, you can also hear while playing games cause your hand no longer covers the speaker, check it out!

edit: I take it back, it doesn't raise the volume at all, except it does keep your hand from covering the speaker.Last edited by brett k; 03-25-2009 at 02:50 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

I dont think its the amplification that is important here but the redirection of the sound.
This fixes a flaw with the iphone. The speakers do not project in the direction of the viewer/listener.

Got one and returned it. Does not work because it cannot make a good acoustic seal. I saw no improvement.
Cupping my hand at the bottom on my phone worked better.
Now the AirCurve works surprisingly well for $17
