That looks like an ebay item. Check the sellers profile for negative feedbacks on that item. Then google the item's brand and see if there re any reviews on it. There are many iphone FM transmitters, especially ones with no brand on them so it's hard to know if its working or not since we don't even know where it's from.
If it's not that expensive then give it a try. Juding from then picture it looks like something that is made with decent quality. The quality of the song being transmitted may not live up to your standards but I'm sure it'll transmit something.

That is one of the 'inexpensive' FM transmitters. I'm interested to see if the remote truly controls the phone phone.
And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix

I use a belkin Tunecast. I used it for a year on my 5th gen 30g video until I got my iPhone and I've been using it for a year and change with
her. I reccommend it highly! U still get the "Unrecognized accessory" error but only briefly. No problems here. Just thought I'd share!
